When you tend to prioritize others, it can be challenging to attend to your own needs. To begin, focusing on small yet impactful tasks such as preparing a meal for yourself, making your bed in the morning for a fresh start at night, and dedicating time to hobbies that you enjoy but may not have as much time for lately..
