Dr. Hong completed a dual doctorate program at The Ohio State University earning both a medical doctorate at the College of Medicine and a juris doctorate at the Moritz College of Law.  He then completed his internship and residency in radiation oncology at the University of Toronto - Princess Margaret Cancer Centre where he also served as chief resident at the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology (DABR) and is also board certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
